Refund policy

Returns 
Since all of our products are individually made to order, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges in most cases. Please carefully review the sizing charts and product descriptions before making your purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be made after 30 days from purchase date.

Ultimately we want you to be happy with your purchase and we will correct any errors made on our end. Please do not return items to the warehouse. Please review which case applies to you and take the corresponding action:

1) Order never arrived: 
If your order never arrived, first check your shipping confirmation and verify that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'll be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, contact us at support@pumpsix.com, making sure to include your order number. We'll resolve the issue as soon as possible.

2) Damaged items: 
If an order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@pumpsix.com within 1 week of delivery. Include a photo of the damaged item(s).

3) Wrong size: 
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out. 
If you'd like a different size, contact us at support@pumpsix.com and we'll let you know your options. Any requests for size exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery date.
